anybody done any type of jilian michaels workouts...
i hear a lot of people having good results on 30 day shred but i want to mix up her workouts so im just not doing the same workout everyday

It’s frightening to realize how little people know about the body and health. It really scares and pisses me off. What pisses me off is the fact that people aren’t even being educated correctly on this stuff, and that diet trends are seriously promoting eating disorders like crazy.
